Email · SMS · MMS for campaigns, PACs & advocacy
Reach the whole list. Email or text. One login.
PolitaSend is a political sending platform running on our own servers in Idaho. We load the data, design the creative, register the numbers, and get your message out — usually the same day you ask for it.
Why the text goes first
Your voters open texts. They skim email.
Text messages get opened at roughly 95–98%, and the average person replies in about 90 seconds. Political email still works for donors and long-form persuasion — but for a deadline, a rally, a ballot reminder, or the last 72 hours, texting is the channel that actually gets read.
Figures are published 2026 industry benchmarks (Subtext 2026 SMS Benchmark Report; carrier 10DLC delivery data; aggregated SMS response-time studies). They're averages across the industry, not a promise about your race. Your actual numbers show up in your PolitaSend dashboard the moment the send starts.
Two channels, one account
Send it as a text. Send it as an email. Send it as both.
PolitaSend runs email and text messaging from the same login, the same contact lists, and the same reporting screen — so a supporter who ignores the email still gets the text, and you only build the audience once.
Texting
Peer-to-peer style outreach and broadcast messaging, with pictures, video, and replies that come back to a real inbox.
- Integrated video messaging. Not a YouTube link — the clip lives inside the text, previews on the lock screen, and plays without ever opening a browser. We compress it to carrier size for you.
- MMS graphics. Yard-sign art, endorsement cards, sample ballots, event flyers — designed by us, sized for every carrier.
- Two-way replies. Answers land in a queue your team can work. STOP, HELP, and opt-outs handled automatically.
- Tracked links. Every click logged to the contact — who tapped the donate page, who watched the video, who opened the ballot guide.
- Scheduled sends. Line up your GOTV waves now, drop them on the hour you want.
The full sending platform your consultant charges you a monthly seat for — running on our servers, under your campaign's brand.
- Drag-and-drop builder. Or hand it to us — our designers build the template and you just hit send.
- Lists and segments. Slice by precinct, donor history, event attendance, or anything else in your file.
- Automation. Welcome series, donation follow-ups, event reminders, end-of-quarter pushes — set once, runs itself.
- Real reporting. Opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes — in plain language, not a data dump.
- Deliverability we own. Our infrastructure, our IP reputation, our problem to fix — not a ticket queue in another country.
No line item, no surprise invoice
We have all the pieces. Nobody's waiting on a third vendor.
Most campaigns buy the data from one company, the design from another, and the sending from a third — then spend a week getting them to talk to each other. PolitaSend owns every step: the voter data, the graphic design, the platform, and the tracking. One invoice, one phone number, one place the blame lands.
Graphic design
Our designers build your email template and your MMS artwork. No design fee, no back-and-forth with a separate shop.
The data is ours
No list? Not a problem — we have one. Voter file data for Idaho and Wyoming, matched to cell numbers and emails by district, precinct, or primary history. You don't buy it from a broker and wait a week.
Video in the message
Send the candidate's 20-second clip as playable video inside the text — not a link people never tap. We handle compression and carrier limits.
Link tracking
Every link is tracked to the individual contact. Know who clicked the donate button, who read the ballot guide, who ignored you — and who to text next.
The feature nobody else throws in
A link asks for a decision. A video just plays.
Texts already get opened — that's not the problem. The problem is the four seconds after. A link asks your voter to make a decision, leave the app, and sit through somebody else's ad. Integrated video messaging skips all three: the clip is in the message, it plays where they're already looking, and it's the closest thing to a doorstep conversation you can do at 20,000 households a night.
- Nothing happens until they decide to tap
- Kicks them out of the messaging app
- Plays an ad first — sometimes your opponent's
- "Recommended next" is somebody else's video
- Most never come back to the thread
- Previews right on the lock screen
- Plays in the thread, no browser
- No ads, no logo but yours
- Nothing after it but your ask
- Delivery and every click still tracked to the contact
- You send the raw file. We make it fit.Carriers cap message size and strip anything over it. We re-encode your clip so it lands on every phone on every carrier — you don't need to know what a bitrate is.
- Every tap is a name, not a number.Link tracking is per-contact, not per-campaign. You don't just learn that 4,402 people clicked — you learn which 4,402, so the next send goes to the people who watched and the ones who didn't get a different message.
- Pick the format per job.Video for persuasion, MMS graphic for the sample ballot, plain SMS for the Friday reminder. Same list, same account, same reporting screen.
Start to send
Three steps, and most of them are ours.
A new PolitaSend account is usually sending within a few days — the wait is carrier registration for texting, not setup on our end. Email can go out the same day.
Tell us who you need to reach
Your list, our data, or both. We clean it, dedupe it, match cell numbers, and load it. You don't touch a spreadsheet unless you want to.
We build the message
Our designers lay out the email and the MMS art, register your 10DLC campaign with the carriers, and set up your tracked links and opt-out language.
Hit send and watch it move
Schedule it or fire it now. Delivery, clicks, and replies show up live. Need a change at 9 PM the night before the ballots drop? Call us.
Carriers, consent, and the paperwork
Registered traffic gets delivered. Everything else gets filtered.
Since the carriers finished the 10DLC rollout, registered political senders see delivery above 97% while unregistered traffic sits closer to 92% and keeps falling. We do the registration as part of onboarding, because a message that gets blocked is a message you paid for twice.
Talk to us about your program- 10DLC brand and campaign registration filed with The Campaign Registry under your committee's information.
- STOP, HELP, and opt-out handling built into every send, with suppression that carries across email and text.
- Disclaimers where they belong. Paid-for-by language on email, sender identification on text, kept consistent across the program.
- Records you can hand to a treasurer — what went out, to how many, on what date, at what cost.
- We're not your lawyers. We keep you inside carrier rules and standard practice; your counsel signs off on consent and disclosure.

Questions we get on the first call
What is PolitaSend?
PolitaSend is an email and text message marketing platform built for political campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations. It sends email, SMS, and MMS from one account, includes graphic design and link tracking, and is operated by NS Group Idaho on privately managed servers in Idaho.
Can I send email and text messages from the same account?
Yes. One PolitaSend login handles both. Your contact lists, segments, suppression list, and reporting are shared across channels, so a supporter who unsubscribes from email won't get texted by mistake and you only build your audience once.
Do you provide the phone numbers and voter data?
Usually, yes. We maintain voter file data for Idaho and Wyoming and can match cell phone numbers and email addresses to your target universe — by district, precinct, primary history, or a custom list. If you already have a file, we'll clean it, dedupe it, and load it for free.
Can you put a video inside a text message?
Yes. PolitaSend sends integrated video by MMS, so the clip appears inside the message thread with a play button rather than as a link to another site. It previews on the lock screen and plays without opening a browser, with no ads and no recommended videos afterward. Carriers cap message size, so we re-encode your video to fit — typically a 15 to 30 second clip.
What does political text messaging cost?
Texting is priced per message, with MMS costing more than plain SMS because of the file size. Email is priced by volume. We quote your program in writing before anything sends, and there's no design fee, no setup fee, and no monthly per-seat charge on top of it.
Are the first 500 texts really free?
Yes. New PolitaSend accounts get 500 standard SMS messages at no charge — no credit card to start. The free credit covers plain SMS only; MMS picture and video messages bill at standard rates. You'll need your 10DLC carrier registration completed before the first send, which we file on your behalf.
What is 10DLC and do I need it?
10DLC is the carrier registration system for business and organizational texting in the United States. Registered senders currently see delivery rates above 97%, while unregistered traffic is filtered aggressively. We file your registration during onboarding, which takes a few business days.
How does link tracking work?
Every link in an email or text is rewritten to a tracked address. When someone taps it, PolitaSend logs the click against that individual contact and forwards them instantly to your page. You can then segment your next send by who clicked — donors, video watchers, ballot-guide readers.
Is text messaging legal for political campaigns?
Political texting is legal in the United States when it follows TCPA rules, carrier requirements, and consent standards. In practice that means registered 10DLC traffic, honest sender identification, and honoring opt-outs immediately. We build all three into your account. We are not attorneys, so your counsel makes the final call on consent.
Do you actually design the emails and graphics?
Yes, and it's included. Our designers build your email template, your MMS artwork, and your landing graphics to match the rest of your campaign's look. You send us a logo, a photo, and the message; we send back something you'd be proud to have in a voter's hand.
Who runs PolitaSend and where can I reach a person?
PolitaSend is operated by NS Group Idaho, a political consulting firm based in Meridian, Idaho, serving campaigns across Idaho and Wyoming. Support is a phone call, not a ticket form — the same people who built your account answer it.
